Job Description

Summary

As an Engineering Co-Op supporting the Oil & Gas Industry, this is your unique opportunity to learn from industry leaders and define your career path. Located in Alpharetta, GA., you will have the opportunity to apply your educational foundation toward a hands-on work experience, interacting with seasoned Engineers and Drafters. You will participate in the developing of new processes using new and existing technologies and support other project opportunities involving application, integration, and programming of systems.

Essential functions

  • Industry Standards, regulations, file structure and terminology
  • AutoCAD, drawing, design work, interpretation and drawing review participation
  • Calculations, Quality Assurance, submittals and proposal development.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Must currently be in pursuit of a 4 year undergraduate degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering with a minimum of sophomore status.
  • Knowledge of Automation and AutoCAD
  • Ability to effectively communicate, problem solve, be a creative thinker and able to work as a team with multiple disciplines.
  • Available to work a full time 40 hour Monday- Friday work week.
