Our Story

Launched in 1999 with visions of engineering the future, Arseal began in the basement of the Lakip residence providing electrical engineering services to the petrochemical industry. With folding tables as desks, the dining room as the conference area, three employees and one client, they dedicated hours of effort to planning the growth of the company. Years later, their perseverance and dedication have grown into a thriving multidisciplinary engineering firm that continues to expand today.

In 2002, Arseal enlarged its client base to include terminals and pipelines, which meant adding additional services such as mechanical and civil design and project management. The company continued to grow and within a couple of years, began providing further services in mechanical tank design, pump selection, hazardous area classification consulting services, procurement and installation.

Over the years, Arseal has attracted skillful engineering talent and nurtured the development of the existing talent through continuous education, training and mentorship. Professional engineers in various disciplines have joined the company to provide full service engineering on a significantly larger scale.

Although the company began with one client and one shot to get it right, today, Arseal services a diversified client base and provides a variety of services. The projects now range from gas gathering wells in Alaska to biodiesel blending in Florida. The locations have changed, the original team has grown more experienced, and the company has acquired new talent, but the business atmosphere has remained upbeat, diligent and professional.

Arseal continues to work towards developing strategic alliances with companies with similar standards and ethics to better serve their clients.
