Designed and prepared plans for a new 10,000 bbl. above ground storage tank. Designs included extension of receipt manifold, piping, and addition of loading arm at truck loading rack. Design and construction conformed to API 650 and NFPA 30.

Designed and implemented construction drawing package to install new loading racks at various terminals located throughout the southeast. Designed and programmed the new and existing loading lanes to use electronic presets and programmable logic controller to interface with the existing terminal automation system. Perform on-site commissioning and start-up checkout.
