Develop automated jet fuel delivery system with a pipeline and fixed based fuel operators.
|
Arseal engineers assisted airport fixed based fuel operators (FBO) and a pipeline company design and automate an on demand fueling system. The system consists of automation, quality and quantity control at the pipeline in originating and measuring the jet fuel. The pipeline flow computers, Human Machine Interfaces (HMI), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and proprietary receipt management software integrated with the on airport fuel farms of the FBOs.

FBOs schedule their receipts and submit the request via a web based interface. The approved request shows up on the FBO HMI and the operator starts the receipt.

Arseal engineered failsafe protective systems in the PLC, communications and wiring. Accurate monitoring of tank levels, quantity delivered, valve and motor status ensures a reliable failsafe system that protects personnel, environment and equipment.
