Our path to success |
| |
In 1999 Arseal began in the basement of the Lakip residence with folding tables as desks and the dining room as the conference room with visions of engineering the future.
In 2002 the staff moved into a small office building and expanded its client base to include terminals and pipelines. Additional services provided were mechanical and civil design along with project management services.
In 2004 the company continued to grow, taking over the entire floor of the small office building. We began providing additional services such as mechanical tank design and pump selection, hazardous area classification consulting services, procurement, installation and project management services.
In 2005 the company registered with the Small Business Administration and was recognized as a small minority business.
In 2006 the company opened an office in New Jersey and moved to a new 6100 square foot professional corporate office space. Arseal has continued to attract very capable engineering talent and to develop the existing talent. Professional engineers in multiple disciplines have joined with the company to provide full service engineering on a much larger scale.
In 2007 the company continues to grow by adding strategic engineering and surveying alliances to service the client’s needs. Our personnel continue to participate in the PCIC, API, IEEE and other professional organizations. The locations have changed; the team has grown older and more experienced but the business atmosphere is still the same, upbeat, hard-working and professional. Except of course during our traditional Friday foosball tournaments amongst employees, clients and whoever is here when we really try to beat each other.
Today we have diversified our client base and services. The projects now range from gas gathering wells in Alaska to bio-diesel blending in Florida. The services include Structural, Mechanical, Civil, Architectural, Electrical, Controls engineering and design; surveying, panel fabrication, electrical installations and construction directly or through our alliance partners. We work diligently to develop strategic alliances with companies that have similar standards and ethics to better serve our clients. We invite you to call us and learn more about our company.
