Performed hydraulic analysis of control valves and provided recommendations to eliminate cavitations and excessive vibration in piping.

Mechanical, Civil, Electrical and Controls design to expand lanes at over 10 facilities at loading racks in multiple states. Handled project management, bid, construction and commissioning start up.

ULSD piping and valve modifications in tank farms, delivery facilities and terminals to allow cost effective isolation of ultra low sulfur diesel product movements.

Reliable and failsafe wireless tank alarm network design, installation and commissioning for terminals linked to pipelines. System provides two way data exchange capability.

Pumps, piping, and valve sizing for pipeline capacity increase involving multiple facilities.

Substation redesign performing short circuit calculations, ArcFlash study, cable and protection sizing.

Turn-keyed 28 existing pipeline delivery locations by removing old electrical measurement and control system and installing new GE Pac3Xi, GE9030 PLCs and Omni flow computers. These facilities were checked out with central SCADA systems and field verified to perform metering, proving, ticketing, data gathering and control functions for the facility.

Electrical and controls design for tank farm expansion. Expansion included new tank alarms, tank gauging systems, motor feeders to new pumping units, new switchgear buildings, motor operated valves and facility power feed from utility. Drawing package included over 240 drawings in AutoCAD. Everything from the power distribution to the controls system communications was thoroughly documented.

Toxic gas and flame monitoring and alarm system for a refinery. It included electrical, mechanical and control design and commissioning.
